About HoloNeos (Plain-language summary):

HoloNeos is an AI co-worker for email writing, meeting preparation, research, document polishing, planning, and web browsing. Intelligence is designed to be simple—answers are straightforward. Always review AI outputs before using them.

1) Subscription Plans

HoloNeos offers subscription-based services with plan features, usage limits, and optional add-ons described inside the application.

Current pricing, billing intervals, and applicable taxes are displayed during checkout and inside the user's billing settings.

2) Billing & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• You authorize HoloNeos (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for subscription fees and applicable taxes.
• If payment fails, access may be suspended until resolved.

3) Renewals

• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Renewal timing is based on your original subscription start date.

4) Plan Changes

• Upgrades typically take effect immediately.
• Downgrades typically take effect at the next renewal cycle.
• Usage limits may adjust according to the selected plan.

5) Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel anytime via your account settings or by contacting support.
• Cancellation stops future renewals.

6) Refund Policy

Unless required by law:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.

7) Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use HoloNeos to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access
• Harass or harm others
• Generate illegal content

8) Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

9) Data, Privacy, and Security

HoloNeos processes only the minimum data necessary to operate the Service.

Google & Microsoft Account Connection (Optional)

Users may optionally connect their Google or Microsoft account to enable email and calendar functionality inside HoloNeos.

When connecting a Google account, HoloNeos may request:

• openid – to authenticate your account and maintain your login session.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar – to create calendar events and generate Google Meet meeting links requested by the user.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/contacts.readonly – to display your Google Contacts inside the HoloNeos email and calendar pages.

These permissions are strictly read-only. HoloNeos does not modify, delete, export, transfer, or permanently store your Google Contacts.

Contact information is accessed in real time solely to:

• Display your contact list inside HoloNeos
• Help you select email recipients
• Provide recipient autocomplete suggestions
• Create calendar events requested by the user
• Generate Google Meet meeting links
• Support calendar scheduling functionality

Use of Google User Data

• Google user data is used only to provide functionality requested by the user.
• Google Contacts data is used only to display contacts and recipient suggestions inside the email and calendar pages.
• HoloNeos does not sell Google user data.
• HoloNeos does not share Google user data with advertisers or data brokers.
• HoloNeos does not use Google user data for advertising or user profiling.
• HoloNeos does not use Google Contacts, Google Workspace data, or Microsoft account data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

HoloNeos’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

OAuth Token Storage & Security

• OAuth access tokens are stored securely and protected using industry-standard security measures.
• Connected account access is limited to the minimum permissions required for the requested functionality.
• OAuth credentials are never sold or shared with third parties.

AI & Model Training Disclosure

HoloNeos does not use Google Contacts, Google Workspace data, or Microsoft account data to train machine learning models.

Access Revocation

Users may revoke connected account access at any time through their Google Account permissions page or Microsoft account security settings.

Once access is revoked, HoloNeos immediately loses access to the connected account data.

Account Deletion

If you delete your HoloNeos account or request deletion via support@holoneos.com:

• OAuth tokens are permanently deleted.
• Connected account access is permanently revoked.
• Stored integration-related data is deleted unless retention is required by law.

10) AI / Generated Output Disclaimer

• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

11) Service Availability

• The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

12) Intellectual Property

• The HoloNeos Service is owned by Ak ITG or its licensors.

13) Children's Privacy

HoloNeos is not intended for children under 13.

14) Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time.

15) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if required by law or for policy violations.

16) Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid in the three months preceding a claim, where permitted by law.

17) Governing Law & Venue

This Policy Pack is governed by the laws of Spain.

Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ourense, Spain.
